“A 32-room Fontenille Collection hotel in the Landes pine forest, facing the Seignosse golf course and a few minutes inland from the Atlantic surf beaches. Rooms and suites look out over the pines, and from the upper floors to the ocean. There's a heated pool in the forest, a spa and the SEI restaurant. It suits surfers, golfers and anyone who wants trees and big beaches rather than a town, and it closes for the winter (2 November to 25 March).

Miles of pine forest start at the door, and the Plage des Estagnots is about 15 minutes away by bike. Seignosse keeps its beaches open to dogs outside 11am to 7pm in summer, so early mornings and evenings on the sand work from June to September.
