You are on the calm side of Nyhavn with the canal at the door, and it is roughly 8 to 10 minutes to lead-only Kongens Have and the Rosenborg gardens. Kastellet and the Langelinie promenade are about 15 minutes north for longer harbour walks, all on the lead. Dogs ride the Metro from Kongens Nytorv for car-free days out.
