Daisy's Assessment
Researched and verified. Not yet personally stayed.
Opened in 2023 inside a monumental 1930s building on Piazza Augusto Imperatore, the Bvlgari Hotel Roma puts the jeweller's house in its own city. Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel designed the 106 rooms and suites in muted Roman tones, with a marble-columned spa, an indoor mosaic pool and the fifth-floor Il Ristorante by Niko Romito facing the Mausoleum of Augustus. The crowd is luxury-minded, often quietly fashion or finance, and rooftop terraces look toward the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon.

Why it's in the collection

From the door it's a five-minute trot to the riverside walk along the Tiber and ten minutes to the Pincio steps and Villa Borghese for proper park time. The Bvlgari Pet Club rolled out collection items, and the staff are practiced with small dogs in the lobby lounge and ground-floor café.
