It leans design-forward and independent. It suits travellers who want a downtown boutique over a chain tower and are bringing a dog or cat. Both are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms.

There are grassy relief areas on site, and downtown sidewalks plus Main Street Garden are within walking reach for cool-hour strolls. Bark Park Central in Deep Ellum is a short drive for off-lead time. Downtown pavement gets brutal in the June to September highs near 100F, so walk early and late.
