“A five-star Small Luxury Hotels of the World resort on the coast just outside Ouranoupoli, the last village before the Mount Athos border. It has its own beach, a spa, tennis and a seasonal outdoor pool, with the islets off Ammouliani across the water. It suits couples and families who want a proper resort at the quiet end of Halkidiki with the dog along. Medium dogs from 11 to 20 kg stay in the Villas or Bungalows rather than the main building.

The coast road runs south-east into Ouranoupoli village and its harbour with the Byzantine Prosforiou Tower, about 4 kilometres, and the unorganised shoreline beyond the resort frontage is open to dogs.
