One dog up to 50 lb. Dogs stay on a lead in the lobby and other public areas. Pets are barred from all food and beverage outlets, the pools and pool areas and the Esencia Spa. In the room the dog is supervised or crated, housekeeping skips the room if the dog is left there alone, and you tell the front desk any time you leave. There are green relief areas by the front entrance and relief stations along the boardwalk. Miami Beach bans dogs on the sand and in the water on all city beaches.
