Fairmont Century Plaza

Restored Century City landmark that welcomes pets of any size

This hotel is part of the Daisy Curated Collection. Its information has been researched and verified, but Daisy has not yet personally stayed here. When she does, this page will be upgraded to a full Daisy Verified inspection.

Daisy's Assessment
Researched and verified. Not yet personally stayed.
A restored 1966 crescent-shaped tower originally designed by Minoru Yamasaki, reopened in 2021 after a five-year renovation. It holds 400 guestrooms including 49 suites, all with private balconies, and suits business and leisure travellers who want a full-service Century City base near Beverly Hills. Dining includes the French-leaning Lumiere Brasserie, and there is a large spa and outdoor pool.

Why it's in the collection

Century Park, a large green space in Century City, is a short walk, and Beverly Gardens Park in Beverly Hills is a short drive. The immediate area is walkable but shade is limited on open lawns.

Best suited for

All pets welcome regardless of size, but they must stay on a leash and cannot be left unattended in the room.

The open question

How the welcome translates in person, at dinner and around the hotel. That's what a Daisy stay will confirm.

The hotel's own site states all pets are welcome no matter the size. Pets must be leashed in common areas and cannot be left alone in the guestroom.

Where we can't yet confirm a detail first-hand, we mark it plainly rather than guess. A Daisy stay will close every gap.
