It has a rooftop pool with skyline views, the Brisa Bistro restaurant and the poolside CityVu bar. It suits business and convention travellers who want a central downtown base.

Maurice A. Ferre Park is about a four-minute walk, with the longest bay walk downtown, a fenced dog park and the Dogs and Cats Walkway sculpture garden. Bayfront Park and its dog park lie a little further south along the Baywalk. No beach access, and open bayfront pavement gets hot in summer, so walk early or late.
