Dog rooms are the Serenity Studio, Companion Twin and Atelier categories on the lower floors, arranged when you book. Dogs are welcome in the restaurants but not at the breakfast buffet, and a guide dog may come to breakfast. The St. George Bakery café and the Wintergarden Bar keep water bowls out. Dogs on the lead in public areas. The hotel asks you not to leave your dog alone in the room for long, and housekeeping cannot go in while the dog is there unattended, so agree a cleaning time at the desk.
