The Miami Riverwalk is right outside for a flat waterside stroll, leading toward Bayfront Park and its off-leash dog park and Maurice A. Ferre Park. No beach access, and downtown pavement heats up fast from May to October, so early or evening walks along the river are best.

Dogs must be on a lead or in a carrier when moving around the hotel and out of the room for housekeeping between 9am and 4pm. A Pet on Vacation door hanger stays on the door, and the hotel asks that dogs are settled for the night by 9pm. Guests must give a contact number. Notify the hotel at least three days before arrival.
