“A seventeenth-century farmhouse on a working manade in the heart of the Camargue, about twenty minutes south of Arles. Camargue bulls and horses are raised on the estate, and the hotel has a small number of rooms, a restaurant and a pool. It suits travellers who want the marshes, the horses and the big skies rather than town life. Guests can join ranch days out with the gardians.
