“A large four star set on the hillside above Eze with an unheated infinity pool looking down the coast towards Cap Ferrat, a 500 square metre spa and a bistronomic restaurant called Le Tillac. With 87 rooms and two suites it is the biggest hotel in the five areas covered here and the only one of its size that stays open all year. Parking is free on site, which matters on a corniche where nothing else is. It publishes a priced pet supplement and hands over a written set of pet house rules at check-in, which is more process than almost any hotel on this coast offers.
