What we've verified
The Playa Blanca seafront promenade runs from the old harbour east to Marina Rubicón and on towards Papagayo, flat and walkable the whole way, and the fenced dog park opposite the Parque del Mediterráneo is open around the clock. Playa de las Coloradas, the marked dog beach, is at the western end of the same front.
Dogs up to 15 kg, one per room, and they can't be left alone in the room at any time.

Dogs stay on the lead in the shared areas and don't go into the pool zone or inside the restaurants, so meals with the dog mean the outdoor tables. They can't be left alone in the room, including while housekeeping is working. The dog is added to the booking as an extra, and the vaccination record and third-party insurance go in through the website form before arrival.
Where we can't yet confirm a detail first-hand, we mark it plainly rather than guess. A Daisy stay will close every gap.
