“A 297-room Luxury Collection hotel at 401 Korean Veterans Boulevard, hung with a serious contemporary art collection and topped by a rooftop pool. Two dogs are welcome for a single non-refundable fee that covers the stay, with bowls put in the room. It suits people who want quiet, grown-up downtown luxury a few streets back from Broadway. Dogs are not to be left alone in the room, so plan meals around that.
