“A four-star riverside hotel at Victoria Cross on the edge of Cork city, with the Lee Fields on the doorstep. Resident dogs can come to breakfast in part of Fairbanks and to dinner in Fishers Bar. It's one of the few Irish hotels where a small or medium dog joins you at every meal.

Dogs can join breakfast in part of Fairbanks, dinner in Fishers Bar (book ahead) and sit on the wooden floor in Perch Cafe. They're welcome in Fishers Bar until 8pm. They stay close to you, off the furniture and away from hotel crockery. They're on a lead in public areas. Dogs aren't in the Springboard restaurant, the spa or the health club.

Where we can't yet confirm a detail first-hand, we mark it plainly rather than guess. A Daisy stay will close every gap.
