“The 144-room boutique at 230 4th Avenue North that traded as Bobby Hotel until it rebranded as The Nash in 2026, keeping the rooftop bar with the vintage bus parked on it. Two dogs per room are welcome and guests report being taken up to the rooftop with them, which almost nowhere else downtown allows. There has been a resident lobby dog. It's a block from Printers Alley and two from Broadway, so expect noise.
