Daisy's Assessment

“A small, family-run hotel in Naxos Town with a restaurant, jacuzzi and outdoor terrace. It's one of very few places on the island that writes down exactly how it welcomes dogs, up to two per room and up to 45kg each. It suits anyone who wants to stay in town, walk to the harbour and eat out with their dog.

Why it's in the collection

You're in Naxos Town, so the harbour front and the paved causeway out to the Portara on the Palatia islet are an easy walk, with the old town and Kastro lanes behind. Agios Georgios beach is in town too, but it's a Blue Flag, organised beach, so save it for out of season and head for the unorganised stretches further south in summer.

Best suited for

Dogs stay on a lead or in a carrier in public areas and can't be left alone in the room.

The open question

How the welcome translates in person, at dinner and around the hotel. That's what a Daisy stay will confirm.

Pet pricing

Free, No pet fee. Charges may apply for any damage caused by the pet.

Dogs can join you for breakfast on the patio, kept on a lead and close by. In all public areas they need to be on a lead or in a carrier. Ask the hotel before taking your dog into the restaurant or bar. There's no pool and no private beach, but the concierge will point you to nearby beaches that allow dogs.

Where we can't yet confirm a detail first-hand, we mark it plainly rather than guess. A Daisy stay will close every gap.
