“A 346-room W at 300 12th Avenue South, built into the Gulch with a pool deck, a Wet Deck bar and the Proof restaurant. Two dogs up to 60 lb each are welcome for a single non-refundable fee that covers the whole stay rather than each night. It suits people who want the Gulch's shops and restaurants underfoot and don't mind a busy, loud lobby. The fee is the second steepest in the city, so it's better value on a long stay than a single night.
