Mention the dog when booking. The hotel is on a hill reached by a private lift and offers a free blue electro-car pickup from Zermatt station between 08:00 and 11:30 and 13:00 and 19:00, otherwise take an e-taxi. Zermatt is car-free, so you arrive by the shuttle train from Täsch. In the mid-season (May, June and October) the lift to the village may run limited hours.
