The peninsula itself is pine shade and sea on three sides, with the resort's own coves a short walk from the rooms. Patitiri harbour is about 2 km away, and from there the old path climbs to Chora (Old Alonissos) in roughly 45 minutes. Alonissos has a dense network of marked walking trails through pine and olive, which is the island's real draw for a dog.
One dog per room, leads in public areas, and no dogs in the restaurants, bars or around the pool.
