Mawgan Porth beach is at the bottom of the path and takes dogs all year round, and the coast path towards Bedruthan Steps starts at the hotel's own cliff edge. The enclosed garden on each dog room means an early morning let out without a lead.

Breakfast is served at a booth in the bar, lunch and dinner in the Retreat Lounge or the bar, and the restaurant's outdoor terrace takes dogs. The Reception Lounge and the upper Retreat Lounge are both open to dogs on a lead. There are dog free rooms for guests with allergies.
