Dogs are welcome throughout the hotel on a lead, and you can bring your dog into the restaurant and bar as long as they stay leashed under the table. Dogs don't go up to the buffet, and the spa and pool are off limits. Dogs are allowed on the Papperla Pub terrace. Dogs aren't accepted in the apartments. Register your dog at least a day before arrival. Zermatt is car-free, so park in Täsch and take the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn (12-minute ride, every 20 minutes) or an e-taxi. The hotel is a few minutes on foot from the station and valley lifts. The spa and pool were being renovated during 2025, so confirm current status.
