Guests share the spa with sister hotel Julen. The hotel offers free train station pickup, and the Sunnegga cable car is directly opposite. Zermatt is car-free, so you arrive by the shuttle train from Täsch to Zermatt station. Whether the pickup carries dogs isn't published, so confirm at booking.
