Dogs are welcome throughout the hotel on a lead, and you can bring your dog into the restaurant and bar as long as they stay leashed under the table. Dogs don't go up to the buffet, and the spa and pool (including the garden spa) are off limits. The penthouse rooms aren't pet-friendly and cats aren't accepted. Register your dog at least a day before arrival. The hotel offers free train station pickup, and the Sunnegga cable car is directly opposite. Zermatt is car-free, so you arrive by the shuttle train from Täsch to Zermatt station. Whether the pickup carries dogs isn't confirmed, so ask at booking.
