What it costs in Germany

€45 to 135, plus VAT and the tablet

  • Vets bill between one and three times the GOT rate. Nights, weekends and public holidays cost at least double plus a €50 emergency fee, so book a weekday.
  • The passport stamp can't be done by video call. The vet has to see your dog and give or watch the tablet.

Before you book

This is a research tool, not the last word. We checked every listing against the vet’s own website or booking page on 19 October 2026. Opening hours and prices change, so confirm with the vet when you book. Prices are based on germany's legal vet fee schedule (got).

Not sure what your dog needs? The paperwork rules, in order. Used a vet that should be here, or found one out of date? Tell Daisy.
